Shipping Policy

We are a home-based Italian bakery business located in Melbourne that specialises in freshly made Italian Biscotti. At this stage we only accept delivery orders from customers within Australia. We do not ship internationally.

• We offer local delivery and pickup options for your convenience.

• Postal delivery within Australia costs $15 and is free for orders greater than $99. We process orders for delivery from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm. Please contact us for urgent deliveries.

• Delivery times may vary depending on different times of the year. Please allow 2-8 business days for your order to arrive. If no one is present to receive delivery of goods, order will be left at doorstep unless customer have advised other instructions.

• Pickup orders are free of charge and can be arranged by request via email hello@italianbiscotti.com.au. Please include your order number and preferred pickup date and time in your email. We will reply with a confirmation and the pickup location details.

• We are not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders that do not comply with our policy or that we deem fraudulent or abusive.
